Yakov & Galina Mandebura are also from Vinnytsya. Yakov needs cancer surgery but it is not possible to have it in Ukraine, so he needs to get to Israel asap.

This photograph was taken at Passover, when weekly Torah portions are read in synagogues. This is our oleh, Aleksandr Salganik, praying for all the donors who have helped him and his family. It was taken in the bomb shelter of the local synagogue, where several Jewish families now live and pray, hiding from missile attacks. How amazing that he practises his faith in dire circumstances … And even more amazing, HE is praying for US!!!
