The full-scale war in Ukraine that was unleashed by Russia has also affected the economy of Western Europe. We try to keep track of what is happening in your part of Europe, the growth of fuel prices, and much more. This is why we value your support even more in such tough situations for everyone. We are ever so grateful to you and all the donors for the compassion towards our refugees who are losing everything they have to this war: their homes, money, and, what is most horrible, the lives of their loved ones.

The refugees who flee from the war zone seek safety all around Ukraine and beyond. In Zaporizhia alone, the number of refugees who have arrived from the occupied or ruined cities and villages surpasses 100,000. The same is in practically all big cities to the west of the hostilities area. Of course, there are many Jewish people among them who would love to make Aliyah, but many of them have lost the documents that could confirm their right to repatriate. Thanks to the support from you, these poor people will be able to last until they have all the necessary documents restored. This procedure takes quite a lot of time.

Your help not only sustains their bodies but also supports their morale and their hope for the better. Hope is a vital emotion for those who have undergone severe stress and then have to wait for an indefinite time again.

Thank you on behalf of all these poor people who have lost so much and then discovered that they had such loving and caring patrons out there!

Thank you so much, our amazing, generous friends, our true angels!
