Dear Friends and Donors,

Once again, thank you so much for your help to our poor olim. They feel your help not only as financial support, but also as moral support. And for those who have lost everything and are left completely without support, this means a lot. The slightest gesture of support towards them is important, and they received it from you. Thank you.

It is these desperate and grief-stricken people that we helped. These are three families from Kharkov and one from Odessa, including four children. Moreover, the Smolevich and Ploshkin families, after the bombings in Kharkov, lost their documents confirming their Jewish origin. They had to make requests to the archive and wait an excruciatingly long time for them to come back from the archive. Imagine this situation: they have nowhere to live, no work. And they need to pay money for housing, they need to feed their children with something, they need to pay for the services of an archive, a notary and have all received documents certified by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. If in Israel such people live for free in a hotel at the expense of the state, then in Ukraine there are people whose housing is destroyed, they pay for rent themselves.

Therefore, you understand what invaluable help you provided to our olim. You helped them not to lose courage and hope, and you helped them continue their very thorny path to a new life in Israel. And although there is also a war in Israel, they hope that they will be better there.

Thank you and all donors for your support. Thank you!
 With great gratitude,
Igor, Tatyana.
