Alexandr and Olga Polishchuk were delighted when they were blessed with the birth of two lovely twin daughters. A few months after birth it was clear that Anna was not developing as she should due to complications during her birth.
The Ukraine could not offer them the necessary treatment so they turned to Israel. At a seminar on Aliyah, the mayor of Nahariyya offered them assistance if they arrived before the end of 2017. They lacked the necessary funds to make it a reality. Thanks to the generosity of Call to Care donors, the necessary amount was raised and they met the deadline.
